⭐️ This week we are going to talk about standing out from the crowd in your niche.
When I started my first podcast back in 2015 I didn't know it, but I instantly became an online entrepreneur....and I had no idea what I was doing....LOL.
One of the most important lessons that I've learned along the way is that the online expert space is really crowded, but you can stand out if you can clearly define who it is that you help and what you are able to help them do.
A lot of online entrepreneurs get really caught up in promoting their programs and HOW they help people with their courses, coaching, masterminds, etc. This isn't necessarily bad, but if you want to really stand out you need to focus more on the WHO (you help) and WHAT (you help them accomplish).
Here's a simple formula that I use to define my WHO and WHAT:
I help (X) to do (Y) so that they can (Z).
This is what my XYZ statement looks like: I help coaches, consultants, and service providers leverage podcasting to generate a six figure income stream while subtracting at least ONE day from their work week.
Put in some time creating your own XYZ statement for your brand and then blast it out on social media, your email signature, your podcast, and your website.

🤩 Client testimonial of the week: My client Mona Weathers has an awesome podcast called Homesteading For Beginners.
Check out what she has to say about working with me as her podcast growth and monetization consultant:
"The truth is Adam almost made me cry, but it was crying in a good way. I became teary-eyed when he was coaching me and he spoke belief into my goals. There are certain people in the world that just have this ability to be the greatest cheerleaders, but Adam is not just a cheerleader. He gives you practical advice. He will tell you how it is. He will use his experiences and his knowledge to give you the best advice. If you're looking for someone like that, then you need Adam. He has helped me to reach over 10,000 downloads for my podcast within a little over six months. Now I have this podcast that is growing and successful and I want you to know that you'll not regret paying Adam to be your podcast coach!"
