Three questions to help you be more efficient with your podcasting business projects.

At the end of each quarter I review a checklist to analyze how my business is doing and figure out what projects I need to put my energy into over the next 90 days to keep things going strong. 

As I analyze each area of my business I ask myself these three questions:

✅ What is currently working? If something is producing I'm not going to mess with it. I may just look for opportunities for growth and optimization with these projects. 

✅ What is currently NOT working?  If a project is struggling or if I'm having a hard time completing it then I put it into this category and then move on to question three below.

✅ What needs more time?  This is where I take my list from question two above and figure out which projects just need more time and which ones are a waste of time and need to be discarded.
