I LOVE creating new offers like everyone else. It's so exciting to birth a new offer baby and have the potential for growth and monetization out there in the wild!
However, my love of offer creation got me into quite a bit of trouble in the past. I got stuck in a pattern on Create > Launch > Create > Launch.....with no efforts to double back and OPTIMIZE.
So here are three areas of your business I want you to spend some time on before you create your next amazing offer:
✅ 1. Review your keywords and SEO with your podcast. Pay special attention to the name of your show, your description of your show in your host, and the titles you are using for your episodes.
✅ 2. Review your best performing funnel or a funnel that used to perform well but has slowed down a bit. Look at your lead magnet and the emails that peel off of it and look for ways to improve!
✅ 3. Review your best performing offer and look for ways to add more value so that you can increase the price. You may not have to create a new offer at all to hit higher income goals!
The summer is a great time to accomplish the three tasks above as service based businesses tend to slow down (as far as acquiring new clients goes.).
