⭐️ This week we are going to start talking about my new strategy that I'm obsessed with: Building limited series podcast FUNNELS.
I most definitely did NOT invent the concept of a limited series podcast but I do believe that I've perfected this idea of turning this type of a podcast into a funnel that brings your ideal clients into your business!

I want to kick off this conversation with a bold statement: I think I might like this new type of funnel even better than traditional email funnels!!
Here are three reasons why I'm feeling this way:
✅ 1. The bingeable audio content leads to faster exposure and expert positioning. A traditional email funnel will deliver an email every 2-5 days over a period of weeks or even months.......that's a long time! With my new podcast I've got 21 episodes ready to go for my listeners to binge on.
Most people that I talk to are finishing all of the episodes in four to seven days.......and then re-listening to them! This leads to me being able to slam down on the gas pedal in my quest to build expert positioning quickly!
✅ 2. Let's be honest....nobody really enjoys opening emails! I mean you definitely opened this email and I totally appreciate you for it Pod Pals....but in general we aren't sitting around going let's get rowdy and dig into some email reading..woohoo!!!!!
We all know for a fact that people DO enjoy listening to podcasts. I feel like if you present people with the option of reading an email or listening to a podcast we all know what most people are going to choose!
Podcasts are also SO easy to consume because the listener can be multi-tasking as they listen!
✅ 3. My results so far have been even better than I expected! I've been working on this new funnel concept for the last nine months and I had high hopes as I approached the launch date.
So here's a little behind the scenes of what actually happened. Whenever I launch a new podcast I always recommend getting it connected to Apple Podcasts at least a week before the actually launch promo date to make sure everything is correct and showing up well in the feed.
So my podcast promo launch date was Friday, August 25th. I connected the new show to Apple Podcasts on Thursday, August 17th to make sure everything was looking good ahead of time.
On Tuesday, August 22nd (four days after making the show live) I closed over $6,000 in new business from people that had found the new podcast (via the power of SEO)....and I had told a grand total of ZERO people about it yet!
This is the moment that I realized that I had figured out something special with this limited series podcast funnel idea!
